Objectives of this Role
Source all levels, highly specialist IT candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, or employee referrals
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to our team
Write and post technical job descriptions in cooperation with our marketing team
Compose job offer letters
Onboard new hire
Improves internal hiring environment by recommending new ideas and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, emphasizing benefits and perks
Coordinate with team leaders to forecast our goals and hiring needs
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
Keep up-to-date with the latest technological trends
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote Sudolabs and ensure we attract the best professionals
Skills and Qualifications
Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
Nice to have
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
