Compensation: 2800 - 4000 EUR gross  + up to an additional 40% in variable bonuses.

Location: Remote (Strong preference on spending some time in the headquarters in Kosice, Slovakia)

Form of employment: Full-time (contract)

We are one of the fastest-growing end-to-end product-building companies in Central Europe. We build digital products end-to-end for some of the best startups in the world, mostly located in the US.  We also offer AI transformation services for enterprise customers.

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Growth Team, where you'll work alongside Jozi, Miska, Silvi, Adam, and Sedy. We will scale further in the upcoming months, so it's a great time to come on board! Growth is responsible for reaching out to new clients and partners, building relationships with them, drafting our growth strategy, and on-site meetings with our clients in the US and Europe. As a part of a fast-growing company, you would have a unique opportunity to contribute to further growth and deliver new sales strategies.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Creating and executing strategies for approaching new markets and new clients
  • Acquiring new clients and channel partners
  • Helping our proposal team with the deal closing and owning the sales process end-to-end
  • Networking at and attending conferences around the world

What we expect from you:


  • English proficiency
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience with sales in service companies
  • Experience working with tech companies and innovations
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Work in an agile and dynamic team
  • Ability to own projects and take responsibility
  • Willingness to do sales calls in late afternoon hours
  • Previous experience with CRM tools (e.g.: Hubspot), ideally experience setting up CRM tools for sales teams
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency

Years of experience and education:

  • We are looking for at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in relevant industries
