Fleak

Fleak is a low-code Data & AI workflow builder for individuals and data teams. Silicon Valley-based founders approached us to help shape their business idea and guide them through building and launching their product.

They wanted to simplify data transformations using a low-code solution while integrating AI models for speed, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.

Our challenge was to quickly analyze the core areas they were targeting in the ML, AI, and Data space and turn those insights into a clear value proposition and product scope. The goal was a successful launch and an ongoing Product-Market Fit validation.

The project spanning multiple months comprised of various product stages. The product discovery phase helped us better understand the target audience, the user and buyer needs and their use cases. Market and competition analysis aided in informing the product’s market positioning.

Through iterative UX&UI design and agile product development process, together with the power of marketing team we eventually successfully launched a public Beta version (preceded by a private Alpha launch qualitatively tested in a smaller circle).
