About the role
At Sudolabs, we're on a mission to craft great digital products that drive business growth for our clients. Our Product Lab team is at the front line of designing innovative (many times AI focused) solutions for a broad range of companies including early-stage product companies (predominantly from the U.S. following their seed or Series A funding), as well as small to medium enterprises looking for innovation partners. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Lab team, who will lead a product team (product designer & full stack engineers) all the way from the initial product discovery to fully fledged technical solution.
What you’ll do
- Define, document, and continuously re-evaluate the product strategy, including target user audience, value proposition, and business model
- Co-own the product discovery phase, driving user and customer research to uncover key insights
- Diagnose the problem space before shaping technical solutions in collaboration with design and engineering teams
- Validate core value and viability hypotheses through diverse methodologies and continuous experimentation
- Conduct detailed analyses of business requirements and user needs using standard product management frameworks
- Lead the engineering team during the delivery phase, overseeing development planning, user stories, estimations, acceptance testing, and backlog management
- Measure key product and business metrics, because while assumptions are useful, data is essential
- Ensure the project stays within scope, budget, and timelines
- Foster partnerships with clients (90% of whom are U.S.-based) as their primary point of contact
About you
- Value-driven problem-solver with a knack for rapid iterations and fast-paced prototyping to quickly validate ideas and drive product progress
- Generalist with a broad understanding of product management, rather than deep expertise in a single domain
- Able to quickly grasp various contexts, situations, and domains, adapting product & business strategies accordingly
- Seasoned in launching new products to market, exploring product-market fit, and executing product pivots
- Proactive self-starter, self-motivated, and driven by autonomy in driving product and business development
- Bonus points for service-minded approach to product management in an agency setting and familiarity with the global/U.S. business environment
- Bonus points for a tech background or a passion for technology, especially in relation to market-facing and revenue-generating products
