Sudolabs ("we", "us") is an AI services company with offices at 44 Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States and Námestie Osloboditeľov 3/A, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Sudolabs acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@sudolabs.io.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it or when it is required to operate the site:

• Contact form — your name, email address, position, company, and the message you send us.
• Job applications — your name, email address, phone number, CV, your motivation for applying, and how you heard about us.
• Technical data — data collected by cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below), and data processed by Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from abuse.

Why we process your data

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement (legal basis: our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
• To evaluate your job application and run our recruitment process (legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
• To protect the website and our forms from spam and abuse (legal basis: our legitimate interest).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (legal basis: your consent, where required).

Where your data is stored

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and process the data described above:

• Vercel — hosts this website and stores uploaded CV files.
• Notion — stores contact-form submissions and job applications for our team to process.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated abuse.
• Google Tag Manager — manages analytics and marketing tags on the site.

International transfers

Some of the providers above process data in the United States. Where personal data of EU residents is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation that follows from them. We keep job-application data for the duration of the recruitment process; if we would like to keep your CV on file for future openings, we will ask for your consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data deleted,
• restrict or object to our processing,
• receive your data in a portable format,
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent,
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
