Phase 1 delivered the foundation: a full client-facing reporting platform connected to iQor’s data backbone. Every dashboard is configurable per client and user type. Multi-client user management and secure data abstraction ensure each client sees only their own sanitised, relevant data.
Phase 2 raised the ceiling with the Executive Dashboard Recommendations engine — an agentic AI system embedded directly into the platform. Users select a metric to improve and the system performs a multi-step drill-down: metric breakdowns, low-performing buckets, root causes, and prioritised action items, all streaming in real time.
