We began with an AI Discovery engagement, then moved into prompt calibration — fine-tuning LLM behaviour to mirror the cadence, objections, and emotional texture of actual client calls.
The platform puts reps into simulated outbound sales calls with a dynamically generated AI customer agent. Powered by ElevenLabs Conversational AI for voice and Gemini 2.5 Flash for reasoning, scenarios adapt based on the rep’s previous performance.
After each call, an LLM-powered evaluator scores performance across multiple dimensions. A management UI gives executives org-wide visibility into rep progression.
